About the Club

Choose between the Vintners Select Club or the Sweet Stuff Club

  • Vintners Select  will be a variety of dry and semi-dry reds and whites.
  • Sweet Stuff  will include not only our sweet and semi-sweet collection but also our fruit wine portfolio.

You’ll receive a 3 bottle release 4 times a year. Each release will be available on the first day of the month in
February, May, August and November.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost to join?

There is no cost to join the club! Membership is a subscription service that can be cancelled at
any time after receiving at least two releases after signing up.

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Absolutely! When signing up for your membership make sure to choose the option “Pick-up”. If
you’ve already chose “Delivery” when you signed up and want to change to pick-up contact us via email
to MHVWineClub@MistieHillVineyard.com and we’ll be happy to make the change for you.

What if the delivery comes damaged?

We hate to see wasted wine but accidents do happen. If this unfortunately happens please email us at MHVWineClub@MistiehillVineyard.com and we will send out a replacement(s) right away at our cost. Please include a description of exactly what was damaged with a photo showing the what happened. We’ll take care of it!

I need to change my personal information in my account. How do I do that?

If you need to change your address, phone number, credit card info, etc. please contact us at MHVWineClub@MistiehillVineyard.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

What if I’m gone when the shipment is due to arrive?

We all need time away. So if you plan a vacation or need to go out of town please contact us at MHVWineClub@MistiehillVineyard.com We can always pause that release shipment for you. Please let us know at least 5 days in advance before the release date and we will contact you to make other arrangements.

What if I’m not home or no one is available to receive my delivery?

Your delivery will come via UPS. They will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. You may want to consider having your delivery shipped to your place of employment or where someone over the age of 21 with a valid ID can accept the package if you think you will not be available at your home. Please remember, if the delivery is sent back to us after UPS attempts delivery, there may be additional delivery charges to be sent out again.

After I sign up can discounts and offers be accepted by someone else?
Your membership is limited to 2 people such as your spouse or friend. Benefits of the club are non-transferrable. For in house benefits members must be present.
How much will each release cost?
Each release cost will vary but you will receive an email about 10 days before the release is available that will explain what you will be receiving and the total cost. You will also have access to your account to review your order.
How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go but we understand if you need to cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time after you receive the first two releases and more than 5 days prior to the next release. It is the members responsibility to notify us at MHVWineClub@MistiehillVineyard.com to cancel. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellations must be done through the club email as verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are not affective until confirmed by an MHV Club representative.

Terms and Conditions*

-To sign up as a MHV Wine Club member, you must be 21 years of age or older.

-Whenever wine is being shipped the person receiving must be 21 and present a valid ID. All wine deliveries must be signed for

-MHV Wine Club members authorize Mistie Hill Vineyard to automatically charge the members credit card on file for any shipments and associated fees.

-Members are required to notify Mistie Hill Vineyard if there are any changes to address, billing or shipping information 2 weeks prior to billing. To report any changes, please contact us at MHVWineClub@MistieHillVineyard.com. Member will be responsible for any misdirected shipment costs.

– Credit cards are charged on the 1st of the month of all club release dates. Charges will include any associated taxes, shipping and handling fees that apply.

-Communication between Mistie Hill Vineyard and all club members will be through email. Be sure to add MHVWineClub@MisiteHillVineyard.com to your contact list so our emails don’t get sent to a spam or junk folder

-We recommend club releases be picked up at the Mistie Hill Vineyard Tasting Room when possible as shipping fees and handling fees can be expensive. Orders will be available on the 1st of the Wine Club month and after payment has been processed. If releases are not picked up within 30 days after payment processing, the order will be shipping to the address on the member account. Shipping and handling fees will apply and will be charged to the member credit card on file.

-Club benefits are non-transferable and is limited to two people, member and/or spouse. Members must be present to receive benefits.

-Some varietals may be repeated but not in 2 consecutive releases.

*Mistie Hill Vineyard reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as the need arises. Email notifications will be sent if any of these changes occur.

Cancellation Policy

-MHV Wine Club is a subscription service and will continue unless a request for cancellation has been received. Membership can be cancelled at any time after receiving at least two releases. Cancellation request must be made at least 5 days before the next release date. Member must contact us at MHVWineClub@MistieHillVineyard.com to cancel subscriptions. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable. Cancellations are not valid until a notification is received by the MHV Wine Club.

Shipping Policy

Club orders that are opted to ship will go out the following Monday after the release date and after payment has been processed. Packages will be sent via UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the UPS label has been created. Shipments WILL NOT be shipped out if weather conditions in your area predict temperatures exceeding 85 degrees or lower than 35 degrees. This is done to protect the wine from temperature damage. We also recommend shipments be sent to a business or your place of work. UPS will attempt deliveries 3 times to the member address on file. Any returned packages that are sent back as undeliverable will be sent out a second time. Additional shipping fees will apply.
